United Way York Region (UWYR) serves nine municipalities across the region: Aurora, East Gwillimbury, Georgina, King, Markham, Newmarket, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, and Whitchurch-Stouffville.

Our Mission: “We are a trusted organization that leads in uniting donors, volunteers, human service providers and their clients to improve the quality of life in the communities of York Region. We ascertain and address critical human needs by fostering innovative, responsible and inclusive partnerships of financial and other resources.”
